Group Workshops

Following an In-house DDM Seminar, homogeneous groups (sales, procurement, project managers) discuss typical scenarios from the group's daily activities and how they may be treated. One of the outcomes of the Workshop is to create a tailored "tool-box" of acquired solutions for commonly encountered negotiation scenarios.

How does it work?
Periodical meetings (bi-weekly, monthly) of 2.5 hours each in small homogeneous groups (3-10). Participants raise typical situations where they have difficulties or complex transactions they are facing. Guildance is provided on how to implement the DDM tools.
