Many companies seek only personal negotiation training to enhance their deal-making capabilities. While this enhances the Company's competitive edge in the short term – the effects of the training will eventually evaporate.

 Under the objective of achieving sustainable results in corporate negotiations with third parties, procedures and managerial tools are developed, which are based on how the Company "negotiates" today.
